when you see me closing the line this does not mean I am quiting early, it just means I will not have time to let more people in line and will not have to hurt anyones feelings.

WHy DO YOU USE A MENU SYSTEM FOR YOUR CREATION choices ?

Each year, we create a visual menu with various design options to make it more fun for kids to choose a design without having to come up with their own ideas. This helps them realize there are more options beyond just a balloon dog or sword. Below, I'll show you an example of what the 2025 menu has to offer.

When we begin winding down, we hand out tokens to everyone still in line. These tokens can be traded for a balloon. If someone doesn’t have a token, it means they were not present when the line was officially closed.

We begin closing our line approximately 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled end time, depending on how many people are waiting. This allows us to finish balloons for everyone already in line. Toward the end, we may limit designs to simpler options like balloon swords to ensure we can wrap up on time and avoid any unpaid work. We're pretty good at judging when to start winding down.
